We’re seeking a part-time, skilled, and experienced design assistant to support our in-house marketing department by producing on-brand graphics across paid ads, social media, and blog content, while also handling front-end design edits and general upkeep of the firm's website.

The ideal candidate for this position will use their work experience and organizational skills to work closely with our marketing team, translating campaign and brand needs into polished visuals, and keeping our website's look, layout, and content current. • Design blog post cover images

• Build programmatic marketing/display banners in standard IAB sizes (300x250px, 160x600px, 728x90px)

• Design website landing pages, including logo treatments, layout, and color/brand application

• Produce graphics for the firm's active social channels:

  • Instagram — including Reel covers and video editing assistance

  • Facebook— typically reusing Instagram creative

  • LinkedIn — firm highlights, employee shoutouts, and company updates

  • Reddit Ads — 4:5 portrait (1080x1350px) and 1:1 square (1080x1080px)

  • YouTube — video editing, channel banners, and end screens

  • Google Business Profile — 4:3 (1200x900px) or 1:1 (720x720px)

  • Yelp — 1:1 square

• Make ongoing design edits to the firm's existing website (layout, imagery, copy updates, new landing pages)

• Maintain visual consistency with the firm's brand guidelines across all web pages

• Troubleshoot basic front-end issues and coordinate fixes as needed

• Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio spanning digital ads, social media graphics, and web design

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and/or Canva

• Working knowledge of website design/editing platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, or similar) and basic HTML/CSS

• Experience designing to exact ad specs and multiple aspect ratios

• Basic video editing skills for Reels and YouTube content (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)

• Strong understanding of branding and visual consistency across channels

• Comfortable working independently on a part-time/contract basis with recurring weekly deliverables

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) design experience a plus

• Law firm, legal services, or regulated-industry marketing experience a plus
