- Coordinate and manage treatment plans with our team of five dedicated doctors, ensuring each child's care is tailored to their unique needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for families, providing clear and compassionate communication about treatment options and procedures.
- Facilitate a seamless patient experience by scheduling appointments, managing follow-ups, and ensuring timely communication with families.
- Collaborate with our administrative team to maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all dental regulations.
- Support the practice's growth by identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing innovative solutions.
- Educate families on dental health practices, empowering them with the knowledge to maintain their children's bright, healthy smiles.
- Assist in financial discussions by explaining treatment costs and payment options, ensuring families feel informed and supported in their decisions.
Experience in coordinating treatment plans within a dental setting.
Ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with families, ensuring they understand treatment options and procedures.
Proven track record of managing patient appointments and follow-ups, enhancing the overall patient experience.
Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with dental regulations.
Ability to identify and implement process improvements that support practice growth and innovation.
Experience in educating families on dental health practices, empowering them with knowledge for better oral care.
Comfortable discussing treatment costs and payment options, ensuring families feel informed and supported in their decisions.
Compensation
$28 - $34 hourly
