We are looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Dental Front Office Patient Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have dental office experience and understand the importance of providing both exceptional patient care and outstanding customer service.
As a Patient Coordinator, you'll play an important role in creating a positive patient experience while helping our practice run efficiently. Responsibilities may include patient scheduling, treatment coordination, insurance and financial discussions, answering phones, coordinating appointments, and building strong relationships with our patients.

HOURS: MON-THUR 7:30 am - 5:30 pm
- Welcome patients and provide a warm, professional, and positive experience from the moment they arrive.
- Answer phones, respond to patient inquiries, and communicate professionally with patients throughout their care.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments efficiently while helping maintain an organized daily schedule.
- Coordinate patient treatment plans, follow-ups, and referrals while helping patients understand their recommended care.
- Verify dental insurance eligibility, benefits, limitations, and remaining coverage.
- Review treatment estimates, insurance information, and patient financial responsibilities with patients.
- Assist patients with questions regarding treatment, insurance, billing, and payment options.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, medical histories, and insurance information.
- Communicate effectively with clinical team members to ensure a smooth transition between the front office and clinical areas.
- Help create a positive, organized, and professional office environment for both patients and team members.
- Follow up with patients regarding unscheduled treatment, outstanding appointments, and treatment coordination as needed.
.Prior dental office experience required, preferably with experience in scheduling, insurance verification, treatment coordination, and billing.
- Strong understanding of dental terminology, insurance benefits, and patient financial responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Friendly, professional, and confident demeanor with the ability to make patients feel comfortable and valued.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and remain organized in a busy dental office environment.
- Comfortable discussing treatment plans, insurance benefits, and financial arrangements with patients.
- Dependable, team-oriented, and committed to maintaining a positive and professional workplace.
- Passion for providing exceptional patient care and creating a positive experience for every patient.
Compensation
$23 - $28 hourly DOE
