We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Demand Specialist to support the preparation, quality control, and delivery of personal injury demand packages. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that every demand submitted to insurance carriers is accurate, complete, persuasive, and delivered efficiently.

The Demand Specialist works closely with Demand Writers, Case Managers, and attorneys to ensure all case information is properly documented and communicated. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is process-driven, and takes ownership of ensuring that no detail is overlooked.

The Demand Specialist role is a full-time, in-person position. Hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.

• Review demand letters and supporting documentation for accuracy, completeness, and professionalism

• Verify medical summaries, damages calculations, policy limits, and client information prior to submission

• Identify and resolve inconsistencies, missing information, or documentation issues with Demand Writers and Case Managers

• Contact insurance adjusters to verify preferred methods of demand submission, including email, portals, fax, or other delivery channels

• Maintain professional relationships and communication with insurance representatives

• Update and maintain negotiation records in Filevine and other internal systems

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Strong organizational skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

• Experience using case management systems, preferably Filevine
