In this pivotal role, you'll support the preparation, quality control, and delivery of personal injury demand packages to insurance carriers.

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of their work with a process-driven mindset. This full-time, in-person role operates Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

• Review demand letters and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Verify medical summaries, damages calculations, policy limits, and client information prior to submission
• Identify and resolve inconsistencies or missing information with Demand Writers and Case Managers
• Contact insurance adjusters to verify preferred methods of demand submission
• Maintain professional relationships and communication with insurance representatives
• Update and maintain negotiation records in case management software (Filevine) and other internal systems

• Experience in reviewing legal documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness

• Ability to verify and validate medical summaries, damages calculations, and policy limits

• Proven track record of identifying and resolving inconsistencies in documentation

• Strong communication skills to maintain professional relationships with insurance representatives

• Proficiency in using case management software, such as Filevine, for updating records

• Detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset to manage multiple tasks efficiently

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, taking ownership of your work with confidence
