We're seeking a Debt Collection Attorney who is detail-oriented, proactive, and confident managing legal matters in a virtual environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $90,000–$100,000 (annual salary)

• 100% Remote Full-Time Position

• Review and approve legal filings, including complaints, pleadings, demand letters, and defaults

• Manage debt collection litigation matters

• Provide legal guidance to staff

• Conduct legal research when needed

• Maintain compliance with applicable laws

• Licensed attorney or eligible for New Mexico reciprocity

• 3+ years of debt collection experience

• Strong legal writing and analytical skills

• Self-motivated and effective in a remote setting

• Bankruptcy or foreclosure experience is a plus
