Caruso Ford is looking for a skilled, efficient Used Car Technician to join our service team and help keep our pre-owned inventory front-line ready. This role is at the center of how quickly and how well our used vehicles get to the lot, so we're looking for someone who takes pride in thorough work, communicates clearly with the used car department, and can keep a steady flow of reconditioning jobs moving without cutting corners.

• Candidates should have at least 2–3 years of automotive repair experience, ideally in a dealership or high-volume reconditioning environment.

• ASE certifications are strongly preferred, and Ford training or certification is a plus.

• You should be comfortable diagnosing a wide range of makes and models, using scan tools and diagnostic equipment, and reading service information and wiring diagrams.

• A valid California driver's license and an acceptable driving record are required for road testing.

• You'll need to supply your own professional hand tools.

• Most importantly, we want someone reliable and detail-oriented who can balance speed with quality.
