The ideal candidate will be eager to diagnose and facilitate automotive repairs using our automotive computer software, and their electrical systems expertise. • Conduct routine maintenance, as needed, such as fluid level checks, tire rotations, brake pad replacement, or oil changes
• Operate diagnostic equipment to accurately determine the cause of malfunction codes with the vehicle’s integrated computer system
• Ensure a straightforward repair process by clearly communicating systems issues and repairs
• Follow a checklist-based approach to comprehensively examine all vehicle systems, such as the engine, transmission, air conditioning, and brake systems
• Help establish service protocols for tracking the status of repairs, maintaining relevant technical manuals, using charts, and more for all of our dealerships

• Stellar customer service and communications skills are mandatory
• GED or high school diploma is mandatory
• Completion of a certified post-secondary training program is mandatory; an associate degree is ideal
• Automotive Service Excellence /ASE certification or Society of Automotive Engineers /SAE certification is preferred
