WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS

Every order you enter gets a medication to a client on time. We're looking for a sharp, detail-driven Data Entry Technician to keep prescriptions accurate and moving, and to make sure every medication reaches the right client on time. You'll work alongside pharmacists and our data entry lead in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where precision counts.

NON-NEGOTIABLE: AVAILABILITY FROM DAY ONE

Availability is critical to this role. Candidates must be available to work the posted schedule starting on their first day of hire. Our delivery departure times run on a fixed daily schedule, so we can't absorb gaps in coverage.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Accurately enter new prescriptions, process refills, and edit orders in Framework LTC, keeping error rates low to prevent insurance rejections and clinical errors.

• Monitor ECM triage subfolders continuously and prioritize work by facility-specific delivery departure times.

• Keep client profiles, nursing station data, insurance, and contact information accurate, and synchronize client information in Framework LTC

• Run operational reports and support day-to-day administrative tasks

• Answer phones by the second ring and respond promptly to internal messages

• Flag backlogs and low supply levels to the data entry lead before they become problems

• Refer all clinical questions to the staff pharmacist

• Pick up non-urgent tasks during slower periods to support the team

ON-CALL RESPONSIBILITIES

This role includes an on-call rotation of 7 days per month. When you're on call, you must be reachable and able to respond to urgent order and delivery needs outside regular hours.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Pharmacy Technician license, held at the time of hire. Must be current and in good standing with the Missouri Board of Pharmacy

• Hands-On Experience in Framework LTC. Candidates must have worked directly in the system. Experience with different pharmacy platforms does not meet this requirement.

• Strong attention to detail, with a track record of catching errors before they reach the client

• Availability from day one. Be ready to work at the posted schedule's start time from your first day.

• Exceptional phone skills. You'll handle a steady stream of calls from nursing stations, facilities, and internal staff with courtesy, clarity, and urgency. Answering by the second ring is expected.

• On-call visibility. Willing and able to participate in the 7-day per month on-call rotation described above.

• Ability to work accurately under time pressure while managing multiple priorities.
