Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service or related order-processing experience.

• Professional experience with any version of QuickBooks.

• Excellent telephone and written communication skills.

• Strong computer and data-entry abilities.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Dependable, professional, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities.

Compensation

$22–$24 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.

• Answer incoming customer calls and respond to emails.

• Assist customers with product questions, pricing, and order details.

• Enter and process customer orders accurately.

• Use QuickBooks for customer records, orders, and related transactions.

• Coordinate customer logos and artwork approvals with our graphics department.

• Monitor orders and communicate with customers regarding order status.

• Assist with invoicing and basic accounting-related tasks as needed.

• Maintain accurate customer and order records.

Preferred Qualifications

• QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop experience.

• Magento (Adobe Commerce) or other e-commerce platform experience.

• Proficiency in PC/Windows based environment: Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.

• Basic accounting, invoicing, or bookkeeping knowledge.

• Experience in promotional products, printing, or customized merchandise.
