We're a busy, creative sign and graphics shop looking for a friendly, dependable Customer Service Specialist who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and helping customers bring their ideas to life.

This is an inside sales and customer service position involving phone calls, emails, walk-in customers, estimates, and order processing. You'll help customers find the right sign and graphics solutions, follow up on estimates to earn business, and work with our design and production teams to keep projects moving.

No sign industry experience is required — we'll train the right person. What matters most is communication, organization, initiative, and a positive attitude.

This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position with regular daytime hours.

• Assist customers by phone, email, and in person with sign and graphics inquiries.

• Learn customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.

• Prepare estimates, enter orders, and maintain accurate project information.

• Proactively follow up on estimates, answer questions, and help turn opportunities into sales.

• Communicate with customers regarding pricing, project details, and timelines.

• Coordinate with sales, design, and production teams to keep orders moving.

• Take initiative, manage multiple customer requests, and provide dependable customer service.

• Friendly, professional, and comfortable communicating with customers.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Comfortable using computers, email, and learning new software.

• Confident discussing pricing, following up on estimates, and asking customers for their business.

• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

• Able to manage multiple tasks and solve problems in a busy environment.

• Previous customer service, retail sales, or inside sales experience is preferred but not required.

• Willingness to learn about signs, graphics, and our products.
