Description
We are looking for a motivated and service-driven Customer Care Specialist to join our growing financial services team. In this role, you will work closely with a Financial Advisor to provide an outstanding client experience from the first interaction through ongoing account support.
As one of the primary points of contact for clients, you'll help ensure every client feels informed, valued, and well cared for. Your responsibilities will include coordinating appointments, managing client communications, assisting with administrative processes, and supporting clients throughout various stages of their financial planning journey.
The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and enjoys helping others. You'll communicate with clients by phone, email, text, virtual meetings, and occasionally in person while ensuring every interaction reflects professionalism and exceptional customer service.

Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (Flexible Scheduling Available)
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate client records, spreadsheets, and internal tracking systems
- Contact insurance carriers and financial institutions to obtain policy updates, underwriting status, and application progress
- Coordinate client appointments, confirmations, reminders, and follow-up communications
- Assist in managing the Financial Advisor's calendar and daily scheduling
- Monitor outstanding client requests and help ensure timely completion
- Record detailed notes from conversations with clients and service providers
- Support the onboarding process by collecting required information and preparing client paperwork
- Participate in client meetings when appropriate and assist with post-meeting action items
- Continue developing knowledge of financial products, planning strategies, and client service best practices
- Assist with office operations and administrative projects that improve efficiency and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable making and receiving professional phone calls
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in financial planning, insurance, or wealth management
- Coachable with a desire to develop new skills and take on additional responsibilities over time
Compensation
$68,500 - $68,500/year
