• Handle high-volume calls and provide prompt customer support
• Schedule fuel deliveries and service appointments efficiently
• Manage customer accounts, billing, and payment processing
• Maintain accurate records, databases, and customer information
• Administer pricing programs, renewals, and service contracts
• Support special projects and process improvement initiatives

• High school diploma required
• HVAC experience is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word preferred)
