Client Service Coordinator
Lauderhill, FL | Full-Time Preferred | Part-Time May Be Considered
A fast-moving client service role for someone who takes ownership, communicates proactively, and keeps multiple projects moving without waiting for step-by-step direction.
About the Position
Image360 Lauderhill is looking for an organized, responsive, and genuinely helpful Client Service Coordinator to join our growing visual communications and signage company.
This person will work closely with our Center Manager and serve as an important connection between clients, sales team, design department, production team, and installers. You will help move projects from the initial inquiry through completion while keeping clients informed and making sure important details do not fall through the cracks.
Our environment is busy, fast-moving, and highly collaborative. Priorities can change quickly, so this position is best suited for someone who stays organized, communicates proactively, and enjoys keeping multiple projects moving at once.
Once trained, you will be expected to take ownership of your responsibilities, work independently, anticipate what needs to happen next, and keep projects moving without waiting for step-by-step direction.
Sign or printing industry experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person.
Our 5-Star Customer Experience
We believe great customer service means being proactive, responsive, and dependable. Our team works toward:
Making every initial client interaction positive and helpful
Responding to new inquiries within four business hours
Providing straightforward quotes within 24 hours whenever possible
Following up consistently on every quote until we receive a decision
Keeping clients informed throughout their projects
Completing projects on time and making things right when problems arise
Following up after completed projects to thank clients and confirm their satisfaction
What Success Looks Like
The right person will become someone clients trust, and our team can rely on. You will take ownership of the everyday communication, coordination, and follow-up that keeps projects organized, clients informed, and orders moving toward completion.
Position Details
This is an on-site position that involves regular computer and telephone work, occasional time in our production environment, and the ability to occasionally move materials or completed projects weighing up to 25 pounds, with reasonable accommodations available.
This position is expected to be full-time, although we may consider a strong candidate seeking a consistent part-time schedule.
Respond promptly and professionally to incoming phone calls, emails, website leads, and walk-in clients
Learn about each client’s needs, gather complete project information, and help identify the appropriate products or solutions
Prepare estimates and quotes for straightforward projects and assist the sales team with more complex opportunities
Enter and maintain accurate client, estimate, and order information in our business management system
Coordinate client communication throughout the project, including artwork, proofs, approvals, deposits, scheduling, and order status
Serve as a liaison between clients, sales, design, production, and installation
Follow up consistently on open estimates, pending approvals, missing information, and completed projects
Help keep projects moving by identifying delays, unanswered questions, and potential problems before they affect the client
Review work orders and outgoing projects for accuracy, completeness, and quality
Assist with invoicing, payment follow-up, purchase orders, packing slips, and other administrative needs
Maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming front office and showroom
Build strong client relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals
Provide additional administrative and project support as needed
At least two years of customer service, account coordination, inside sales, or administrative experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift, deadlines matter, and several projects may require attention at the same time
A self-directed, resourceful approach—you ask questions when needed, but once trained, can make sound decisions, take initiative, and follow responsibilities through to completion
Confidence communicating with clients and coworkers to obtain answers and resolve problems
Comfortable working with numbers, measurements, pricing, purchase orders, invoices, and basic business math
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software
A positive, professional attitude and a willingness to take ownership of responsibilities
Experience in signage, printing, graphics, construction, manufacturing, or project coordination is a plus, but not required
Spanish or bilingual communication skills would be helpful, but are not required
Compensation
$17 - $22 hourly
