As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be a key point of contact for our customers and help make their service experience easy and positive.

• Greet and assist customers by phone and in person

• Schedule auto glass and car care services

• Answer questions and explain service options and pricing

• Assist with insurance information and documentation

• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate services

• Follow up with customers and manage appointments

• Identify additional vehicle-service needs

• Recommend services such as window tint, hail damage repair, headlight restoration, and mobile auto glass

• Maintain accurate customer records

• Resolve customer concerns professionally

• Work with customers and team members to provide excellent service

Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or office experience is a plus — but not required.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Valid driver's license preferred.
