• Explain service options, pricing, and available promotions
• Assist customers with insurance claim information and required documentation
• Recommend additional services, including window tint, headlight restoration, and mobile auto glass service
• Maintain accurate customer records and appointment schedules
• Work closely with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care
