Customer Service Manager – State Farm Agent Team Member (Ian Minnigerode’s Agency)

What You’ll Do (Daily Responsibilities)

• Run the day-to-day office operations to keep workflows smooth and efficient

• Manage calendars & scheduling (appointments, meetings, conferences)

• Answer incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette and a friendly, professional tone

• Greet visitors and direct them to the right place

• Support, train, and coach the team to work smarter and succeed

• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality service

What We’re Looking For

• Strong organization and multitasking skills

• Experience with scheduling, phone systems, and office technology (or quick learning ability)

• Excellent communication skills (verbal + written)

• A customer-first mindset and professional attitude

• Ability to stay calm, focused, and helpful in a fast-paced environment
