Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty (Kings of Real Estate) is a fast-growing Tennessee real estate team. We need a Customer Service Manager to run the behind-the-scenes operations that make every listing feel effortless for clients and agents. Based in Knoxville and Sevierville, you are the person who makes sure nothing gets dropped: the sign is up, the lockbox is on, the photographer is booked, and the client knows what happens next.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9-5. Salary: $36,000-$45,000 depending on experience, plus KPI bonuses of up to $6,000 per year, paid quarterly.

• Coordinate yard signs, lockboxes, and listing photo appointments

• Send client introduction texts and keep clients updated

• Keep agents, clients, and vendors on the same page, and respond fast

• Track every task to completion and flag problems early

• Support a great client experience for every listing

• 1+ years in customer service, office administration, or operations

• Highly organized, with strong follow-through and attention to detail

• Clear, friendly communicator by phone, text, and email

• Comfortable learning software (CRM, Google Workspace)

• Real estate license not required

• Reliable transportation required (local travel to Knoxville and Sevierville)
