Enjoy paid training at $10 per hour for six weeks, with competitive pay of $10–$12 per hour plus commissions and bonuses once you're fully trained.

• Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming facility for customers

• Proven track record of building strong relationships with customers and community members

• Ability to respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries and issues

• Experience in maintaining visual presentation standards for merchandise

• Ability to educate customers on services, products, and promotions with enthusiasm

• Familiarity with following company policies, procedures, and dress codes consistently and accurately

• Ability to be at work on time when scheduled
