This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a variety of responsibilities, from answering phone calls and assisting customers to managing social media, updating our website, and helping our business maintain a strong online presence.

We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn. If you enjoy staying busy, keeping things organized, and making a difference behind the scenes, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do

Customer Service & Office Administration

• Answer incoming phone calls and provide friendly, professional customer service.

• Scan, copy, and organize customer information into customer files.

• Help maintain accurate and organized customer records.

• Contact customers to request Google reviews and encourage feedback about their experience.

• Record video testimonials and reviews with satisfied customers.

• Contact the IT department when technical assistance or website support is needed.

Social Media & Online Marketing

• Create and publish engaging Facebook posts 2–3 times per week.

• Monitor Facebook activity, including comments and customer interactions.

• Upload photos and videos to Google Maps and YouTube.

• Publish weekly updates to our Google Business Profile.

• Help maintain an active, professional, and engaging online presence.

• Support our efforts to connect with customers and showcase our services online.

Website Management & Customer Reviews

• Add photos and written content to the gallery page on our website.

• Upload customer reviews and testimonials submitted by customers.

• Monitor online reviews and respond to each review professionally.

• Test the Rice Heating website contact form once a week to ensure it is working properly.

• Keep website content, photos, and customer testimonials current and appealing.

• Help ensure customers can easily find information about our company and services.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, friendly, and comfortable handling a variety of tasks throughout the day.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Basic computer skills and comfort using the internet.

• Familiarity with Facebook, Google, YouTube, and websites, or a willingness to learn.

• Good written communication skills and professional online communication.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.

• A positive attitude, reliable work habits, and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work independently while also being a supportive team member.

• Ability to be on time - 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Experience with social media, website updates, or digital marketing is a plus, but a willingness to learn and a great attitude are just as important!
