We’re looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our local, team-oriented agency.
You’ll be the day-to-day support for clients—helping with policy updates, answering questions, and making sure their coverage keeps up with their needs. This role is all about building relationships and delivering a great client experience.

- If not licensed in P&C, it would be a goal for you to get licensed in the first few months of employment
- Make accurate modifications to consumer policies depending on the information supplied
- Handle complaints, present appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the timeframes set, and follow up to ensure that the issue has been resolved
- Respond to incoming calls concerning policy and insurance coverage concerns, as well as customer complaints and general questions
- Verify new customers coverage and present policyholders with proof of insurance paperwork
- Follow-up on client interactions in a thorough manner to ensure customer satisfaction
- Understands how to utilize a database for processing client information and how to use Microsoft Office to create necessary documents
- Prior work in a customer-facing position or customer service role is required
- Basic knowledge of insurance policy procedures and schedules is preferred
- Position requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills
Compensation
$45,000 - $60,000 + commission DOE
