Customer Service Agent - Hourly pay + Commission
We’re seeking a positive, personable customer service representative for a rewarding career opportunity! You’ll connect with new people, tackle tough problems, and raise the bar on an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities
- Interact face-to-face with homeowners
- Educate customers on solar benefits, government incentives, and savings programs
- Collect basic information from homeowners to help schedule consultations
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during in-person interactions
- Attend team meetings, trainings, and performance coaching sessions
- Represent Semper SolR’s values with integrity, clarity, and confidence
- Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Reply to incoming calls from customers including products and service questions, general information, and complaints
- Regularly meet with sales lead to receive the newest service and product knowledge
- Utilize scripts to handle difficult customer situations and bring them higher up, if necessary
- Find patterns in customer complaints and bring them to the team for improvement
Qualifications
- Strong people skills; comfortable speaking with homeowners in person
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Energetic and professional presentation
- Ability to work outdoors and walk designated routes
- Willingness to learn and follow a proven communication system
- Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction
- Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills
- High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
Compensation
$20 - $22 hourly
