TNT Staging is looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team.

In this role, you will be one of the main points of contact for clients, handling incoming phone calls, text messages, and emails, answering questions, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

You will work closely with our Customer Service, Sales, Design, and Logistics teams to support daily operations, coordinate information, and maintain smooth communication across departments.

We are looking for someone with strong communication skills who is comfortable multitasking, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

This is a full-time, remote position, Monday - Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Candidates must be based in the Raleigh, NC area or surrounding communities.

Fluency in both English and Russian is required for this position.

• Answer incoming phone calls, respond to text messages and emails, and provide timely, professional customer support.

• Assist clients with general questions, service information, scheduling updates, and other inquiries.

• Maintain clear, friendly, and consistent communication with clients throughout the service process.

• Coordinate with the Customer Service, Sales, Design, Staging, and Logistics teams to share updates and ensure smooth daily operations.

• Use Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Drive) to organize information, update records, and manage daily tasks.

• Maintain accurate client information, contact details, and internal records.

• Follow up with clients and internal team members as needed to ensure timely communication.

• Help resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate complex matters to the appropriate team.

• Support general administrative and organizational tasks related to customer service operations.

• Must reside in the Raleigh, NC area or surrounding communities.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to speak and write in Russian.

• Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
