The Fortitude Team is seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our growing financial services organization as Customer Service Advisors.

In this role, you’ll work directly with individuals and families to understand their financial goals, provide personalized financial education, and help them explore solutions for financial protection, retirement planning, and long-term financial security.

We’re looking for individuals who are passionate about providing excellent service, communicate effectively, and enjoy developing meaningful relationships.

No previous financial services experience is required! We provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and professional development to help you learn the industry and build the skills needed to succeed.

Flexible part-time and full-time pathways are available. Applicable professional licensing is required before conducting licensed activities.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients.

• Conduct virtual meetings to understand clients’ financial goals, needs, and priorities.

• Provide professional customer service and financial education.

• Help clients explore financial protection, retirement, and wealth accumulation strategies after completing required licensing.

• Respond to client inquiries and provide ongoing support.

• Conduct follow-ups and periodic client reviews.

• Develop new client relationships through referrals, networking, and community outreach.

• Participate in weekly training, coaching, and professional development.

• Maintain accurate client records and follow company compliance standards.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, healthcare, education, sales, or banking is a plus but not required.

• No previous financial services experience required.

• Must be eligible and willing to obtain applicable professional licensing.
