The Fortitude Team is expanding and seeking motivated, service-oriented individuals to join our growing organization as Customer Service Advisors.

In this role, you’ll work with individuals and families to understand their financial needs, provide personalized guidance, and help them explore financial solutions designed to support their long-term goals.

We believe exceptional customer service begins with listening, understanding people’s needs, and building relationships based on trust.

No previous financial services experience is required! We provide structured training, mentorship, and professional development to help you gain the knowledge and confidence needed to succeed.

This is a remote, independent-contractor opportunity with flexible part-time and full-time pathways. Applicable professional licensing is required.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients.

• Meet virtually with individuals and families to understand their financial goals and priorities.

• Provide professional customer service and personalized financial education.

• Help clients explore financial protection, retirement planning, and wealth accumulation strategies after completing required licensing and training.

• Conduct client follow-ups and periodic reviews to ensure ongoing satisfaction.

• Respond to client questions and provide guidance regarding available services.

• Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development.

• Develop new client relationships through referrals, networking, and community outreach.

• Maintain accurate client information and follow company compliance standards.

• No previous financial services experience required.

• Must be eligible and willing to obtain applicable professional licensing.
