We help create meaningful connections with potential customers from the very first interaction. As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you’ll connect with homeowners, learn about their needs and interests, and help determine the appropriate next step in the customer journey.

Qualifications

* Friendly, confident, and comfortable communicating with different types of people

* Able to introduce and discuss services with prospective customers

* Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve results

* Open to coaching and willing to apply feedback to improve performance

* Previous experience in automotive, wireless, fitness, memberships, or commission-based retail is a plus
