Please note: This position requires an attorney who is licensed and authorized to practice criminal law in North Carolina. Candidates who are not licensed in North Carolina will not be considered.

Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000 based on experience & performance

• Represent clients in criminal matters, including first appearances, bond hearings, motions, plea negotiations, trials, sentencing hearings, and appeals.
• Develop legal strategies that are aggressive, ethical, and client-focused.
• Provide leadership and support to junior team members to ensure outstanding legal performance.
• Uphold the highest standards of service, honesty, and client advocacy.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

• Active North Carolina Bar license in good standing (required).

• Authorized to practice criminal law in North Carolina.

• Fluent in Spanish (required).

• Minimum 5 years of criminal litigation experience with significant courtroom and trial experience.

• Deep knowledge of criminal law, criminal procedure, trial advocacy, plea negotiations, evidentiary rules, and courtroom practice.
