• Represent clients in criminal defense cases, ensuring their rights are protected and their voices are heard.

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to build strong defense strategies tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Collaborate with our bilingual team to provide comprehensive legal support and maintain open communication with clients.

• Prepare and file legal documents, motions, and briefs with precision and attention to detail.

• Negotiate plea deals and settlements, always prioritizing the best interests of clients.

• Advocate passionately in court, presenting evidence and arguments effectively to achieve favorable outcomes.

• Stay informed on legal developments and changes in criminal law to provide up-to-date advice and representation to clients.

• Active North Carolina Bar license, in good standing, authorized to practice criminal law in NC. This role cannot consider attorneys who are not licensed in North Carolina.
• 5+ years of criminal litigation, with significant courtroom and trial experience with a strong understanding of legal procedures and courtroom dynamics.

• Ability to conduct comprehensive legal research and develop tailored defense strategies for diverse cases.
• Proven track record of effective negotiation skills, securing favorable plea deals and settlements.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with a bilingual team and maintain client relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare and file precise legal documents, motions, and briefs.
• Passionate advocate with experience presenting evidence and arguments in court to achieve positive outcomes.
• Commitment to staying informed on legal developments and changes in criminal law to provide current advice and representation.
