This is a hybrid leadership role built for someone who prefers being in the field rather than behind a desk. You'll spend your day walking properties, supporting crews, solving problems, inspecting completed work, and making sure our trucks, equipment, and team are operating at a high level. You'll partner closely with both the Operations Manager and Ops Coordinator to keep field operations running smoothly while creating a positive, accountable culture.

• Walk active and recently completed properties to verify work meets company quality standards.

• Perform quality assurance inspections and proactively address any issues before customers see them.

• Recognize and encourage crew members who go above and beyond while coaching improvements where needed.

• Lead with a positive attitude that builds trust, accountability, and strong team morale.

• Find practical solutions to challenging jobsite situations and help crews overcome obstacles.

• Coordinate inventory levels with the Operations Coordinator to ensure crews have what they need.

• Ensure all company equipment is serviced, organized, and cared for properly.

• Communicate equipment needs, repairs, and operational improvements.

• Support training, safety, and continuous improvement throughout the field.

• Track metrics for billable vs. non-billable hours, call-backs, on-time completion, labor-to-budget, Quality Control/safety compliance, and crew retention

• Be on the move throughout the day, visiting job sites, supporting crews, and keeping operations running efficiently.
