What you’ll do:

• Install/remove signage, conduct weekly property checks, and light inspections
• Manage key control and vehicle/asset upkeep
• Deliver/pick-up documents, assist with lease renewals, and greet prospects
• Provide operational support to the PM team and log inventory
• Minor property maintenance

Success at 6 months:

• Reliable task completion, accurate inventory logs, high on-time delivery rate

Tools you’ll use: Mobile property apps, basic MS Office/Google Suite, Company vehicle provided for tasks

What you’ll bring (must-haves):

• Valid TX driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift ~15 lbs and operate a vehicle for the full shift
• Strong time-management and interpersonal skills

Nice-to-haves:

• Prior courier or property support experience
