Responsibilities
  • Perform initial consultations to evaluate and advise prospective clients
  • Give legal advice to clients throughout the bankruptcy process
  • Attend hearings
  • Complete legal research and prepare motions, pleadings, and briefs
Qualifications
  • Experience in bankruptcy law is a big plus, though not required
  • Must be able to handle heavy caseload with little supervision
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is necessary
  • Decision-making, public speaking, problem-solving, interpersonal skills, and communication skills are a must
Compensation
$80,000 - $100,000 yearly
