Construction Superintendent - Herndon, VA

We are looking for a skilled Construction Superintendent for projects in Residential and National Chain Restaurants across VA, MD, DC, PA, and nearby regions. • Reviewing construction plans/documents to maintain quality control on-site
• Managing multiple subcontractors working on the job to maintain efficiency and proper coordination
• Maintain the schedule to meet project milestones and deadlines
• Assist subcontractors with material procurement to maintain momentum on-site
• Provide regular progress updates/daily reports to keep the team informed

• Understanding/ability to read construction plans/documents
• Dependable and trustworthy
• Strong communication skills
• Willing to travel to jobs (in the areas listed above)
