Our dynamic construction company is looking for an experienced construction superintendent to plan and manage our projects. You’ll be in charge of managing general contractors, hiring subcontractors, and maintaining safety and compliance at the construction site. We are looking for someone with 5 years of construction field experience and a passion for managing others. Responsibilities

Discuss the project's costs with clients and make sure the project stays within budget
Certify that each building project delivers a high-quality end product, oversee construction staff, and perform on-site assessments daily
Employ subcontractors and ensure they have all of the necessary permits
Minimize injuries and delays on building projects by requiring complete attention to health and safety standards, and report any issues to the project manager when they occur
Submit a plan for homeowners that includes a cost estimate for the job

Qualifications

General contractor's license required
Basic computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Office
You will need a high school diploma for this position, and a bachelor’s degree is preferred
Physical stamina to lift at least 40 lbs and use heavy equipment
Completed training for OSHA 30 license and firm adherence to safety protocols on the job-site

Compensation

$70,000 - $78,000 annually
