Your responsibilities will include conducting weekly inspections, coordinating with vendors to streamline project execution, and managing construction projects from inception to completion. • Conduct regular inspections of commercial properties to identify maintenance needs and develop actionable plans.
• Coordinate with vendors and tradespeople to ensure timely and efficient completion of maintenance tasks.
• Lead tenant improvement projects, managing all phases from initial scope to final delivery.
• Oversee capital improvement projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records and reports in Rent Manager, providing weekly updates to stakeholders.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend asset life.
• Foster strong relationships with tenants, addressing maintenance concerns promptly and professionally.

• Experience in commercial maintenance and project coordination, with a focus on multi-trade projects.
• Ability to conduct thorough inspections and develop actionable maintenance plans.
• Proven track record of managing tenant improvement projects from initial scope to final delivery.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and provide timely updates in Rent Manager.
