We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Project Manager to oversee construction projects from start to finish. This role will be responsible for managing external client renovations and internal projects. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable in the office developing project timelines and budgets as they are on-site managing subcontractors and rolling up their sleeves to get the job done.

This is not just a desk job — the majority of your time will be spent in the field at active job sites throughout the Twin Cities.

Project Planning & Oversight

• Build out and manage project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work.
• Coordinate with ownership, clients, and subcontractors to ensure clear communication and expectations.

Construction Management

• Oversee daily on-site operations for contracting projects.
• Ensure work is completed to West Edge standards, on time and within budget.
• Perform quality control checks and proactively resolve issues as they arise.

Subcontractor & Vendor Management

• Source, schedule, and manage subcontractors across multiple trades.
• Negotiate pricing, review bids, and ensure accountability on-site.

Hands-On Support

• Step in as needed to keep projects moving forward (e.g., light carpentry, demo, punch list items, or other tasks to support the project and team).

Client Relations

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, keeping them updated on progress and addressing concerns promptly.
• Represent West Edge Investments with professionalism and integrity.

• 2–3+ years of experience in construction project management (residential real estate preferred).
• Strong knowledge of remodeling processes, construction sequencing, and building codes.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Hands-on construction experience preferred — willing to assist in the field when necessary.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Tech-savvy with project management and scheduling software.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (local travel required).
