Keystone Building Group is looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee residential projects from start to finish. You’ll keep schedules, subcontractors, materials, inspections, and day-to-day construction activity organized and moving forward.

Working closely with the owners, you’ll serve as a key point of contact for both the field and the customer, spotting issues early, coordinating solutions, and making sure each project meets Keystone’s standards for quality and completion.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $90,000–$110,000 based on experience

• Manage residential projects, schedules, and different construction activities

• Coordinate subcontractors, crews, materials, and deliveries

• Monitor job-site progress, quality, safety, and completion of each phase

• Schedule inspections, manage permits, and coordinate utility requirements

• Communicate with subcontractors and vendors to address project concerns

• Prepare estimates, proposals, records, invoices, and other project documentation

• 3+ years of residential construction experience

• Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and scheduling

• Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing active job sites

• Buildertrend experience preferred; OSHA certification or willingness to obtain

• Detail-oriented, proactive, accountable, and able to solve problems independently

• Valid driver's license and comfortable working hands-on in an active construction environment
