We’re seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team and add immediate value! This is a position that is heavy on travel, supporting our many high-profile customers. This position is ideal for a hands-on construction owner and requires very strong knowledge of multiple construction trades to be able to train and develop crews and crew supervisors as needed. Responsibilities

Serve as the subject matter expert on project specifications, construction documents, and building codes.
Maintain strict safety protocols and conduct site evaluations.
This is a hands-on role where all employees, regardless of title, actively contribute on job sites.
Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues proactively.
Recruit, train, and manage subcontractors and crew supervisors.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Strong understanding of construction terminology, estimating, scheduling, and reading construction documents.
Must be focused on building relationships with customers and customer representatives while consistently providing a positive outlook even through stressful situations.
Extensive experience in commercial construction and all trades.

Compensation

$65,000 - $85,000 yearly
