HTC Steel Building Systems LLC, a leader in structural steel fabrication and erection, is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and support our crew leaders across multiple active general contractor job sites. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on keeping projects moving — balancing time in the field with planning and forecasting to keep every job on schedule.

Responsibilities

Manage general contractors and construction workers and give guidance as needed to ensure high-quality project performance
Conduct business with external vendors, contractors, and critical subcontractors to negotiate profitable contracts
Determine the project deliverables and specifications, including the project scope, necessary project resources, and estimated labor needed by collaborating with clients, engineers, and architects
Forecast monetary needs for the project and accurately manage the budget
Keep key stakeholders informed of the project’s status by producing frequent progress reports
Schedule construction operations and create a construction timeline to ensure project deadlines are met

Qualifications

Familiarity with Procore Project Management

1+ years of experience as a construction project manager
Completed training for OSHA 30 license
Four-year college degree in engineering, construction management, or other similar fields
In-depth knowledge of the construction industry and entire building process, including building codes, blueprints, permits, construction equipment, material resources, construction processes, and project management principles

Compensation

$60,000 - $80,000 yearly
