We are a single-family home builder based in the Traverse City area seeking full-time Excavation/Construction Laborers. No previous experience required, we are willing to train the right person! Responsibilities would be assisting heavy equipment operators in performing the following tasks:

• Installing infrastructure for new residential and commercial projects.
• Setting grades.
• Installing water and sewer mains.
• Installing storm sewer systems.
• Excavating and backfilling foundations.
• Installing septic and drain field systems.
• Clearing and grubbing trees from building sites.

• Must be hardworking and self-motivated.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Must have reliable transportation.
