What you'll get:
$45,000-$55,000 annually based on experience
Full-time role in a hybrid work setup

Portfolio management opportunity
- Monitor all new prospects and incorporate findings into marketing campaigns to help increase company growth
- Advertise and obtain referrals in order to attract new tenants
- Research local rental rates and calculate costs so pricing is in line with current market conditions
- Maintain vendor relationships, implement budgets and coordinate on-site operations to ensure smooth operation of the property
- Resolve tenant complaints to satisfaction and in accordance with our high quality of property standards
Experience with Buildium or Monday.com highly preferred
- Customer service or real estate sales background preferred
- B.A. preferred, High School Diploma required
- Exquisite presentation and negotiation skills
Compensation
$45,000 - $55,000 base salary
This team manages residential properties throughout Kissimmee and the greater Orlando area, handling everything from tenant needs and maintenance to inspections and owner communication.
