Help Us Build Something Big in Albuquerque

El Gringo Law is growing, and we’re looking for the right person to help us become one of the most recognized personal injury brands in Albuquerque.

This is not a desk job.

You’ll be out in the community building relationships, meeting local business owners, attending events, developing referral partnerships, and making sure that wherever our future clients are, El Gringo is there.

We’ve already built the foundation. Now we need someone who wants to help us take it to the next level.

What You'll Actually Do

Your territory is Albuquerque.

You’ll:

  • Build relationships with medical providers, chiropractors, body shops, attorneys, local businesses, and community leaders.

  • Attend Hispanic cultural events, festivals, soccer tournaments, community gatherings and business events.

  • Find new opportunities for El Gringo Law to be involved in the community.

  • Visit current and potential referral partners throughout the week.

  • Make calls, schedule meetings, and consistently follow up with relationships you develop.

  • Help organize El Gringo Law events, sponsorships and referral-partner gatherings.

  • Identify the people and organizations the firm's owner should meet.

  • Track your relationships, meetings, follow-ups and results.

  • Help make El Gringo Law impossible to miss in Albuquerque.

Some days you'll be working from the office. Other days you'll spend most of the day around town meeting people.

Some events will happen in the evenings or on weekends. Your schedule will fluctuate, and we’ll give you flexibility when it does.

Who We're Looking For

You genuinely like people.

You’re comfortable walking into a business where you don’t know anyone, introducing yourself and starting a conversation.

You follow up. You remember people. You build relationships naturally.

You don’t need someone watching over your shoulder to get things done.

You must be fluent in both Spanish and English.

You should also be:

  • Outgoing and confident.

  • Organized and dependable.

  • Comfortable making outbound calls.

  • Familiar with Albuquerque and its Hispanic community.

  • Willing to drive throughout the Albuquerque area.

  • Comfortable attending occasional evening and weekend events.

  • Motivated by measurable results.

  • Interested in growing with a company instead of simply filling a position.

Legal experience is not required.

Experience in sales, community relations, hospitality, medical sales, automotive, insurance, media, event promotion, or business development can all translate well into this role.

How We Measure Success

We’re not interested in how many business cards you hand out.

We care about:

  • Relationships built.

  • Doors opened.

  • Opportunities created.

  • Qualified leads generated.

  • Growth.

You’ll have clear expectations and a lot of autonomy in how you reach them.

Compensation

$30 - $34 hourly

Why El Gringo Law?

We’re not a corporate law firm.

El Gringo Law is a personal injury law firm serving Albuquerque and communities throughout New Mexico. We’re proud to fight for Hispanic families and anyone who needs a strong advocate after an accident.

You’ll work directly with the firm owner. You’ll have the freedom to bring us ideas, find opportunities and help shape how El Gringo Law grows in Albuquerque.

When something you do produces a new relationship, opportunity or client, you’ll see the impact immediately.

We work hard, but we also want this to be a place you enjoy coming to work.

If you’re successful in this position, there is significant opportunity for increased responsibility, leadership and compensation as El Gringo Law grows.
