Everest Snow Management is seeking a driven commercial sales executive to help expand our presence throughout the Chicagoland market. This is a hunter role focused on generating new business, building relationships with commercial property managers, facility managers, and business owners while closing high-value snow contracts. We offer a competitive base salary of $70,000-$85,000 plus upside commissions. Earn $25,000 for every $1 million in new business sold and $25,000 for every $1 million in business retained.


Top performers have the opportunity to earn $125,000-$225,000+ annually. Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new commercial business throughout Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana
  • Generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and company generated leads
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close commercial snow and ice management contracts
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth transition after contracts are awarded
  • Build long-term customer relationships that lead to contract renewals and additional business opportunities
  • Meet with property managers, facility managers, and business owners to understand their snow and ice management needs
  • Meet or exceed annual sales goals
  • Work closely with our Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to follow up on qualified leads and convert opportunities into new business

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of inside B2B sales experience
  • Proven track record of generating new business and closing commercial sales
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects and sales opportunities simultaneously
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
  • Experience with CRM platforms and relationship management tools is advantageous
  • Strong negotiation and communication capabilities required
  • Comfortable cold calling, networking, and developing new business through self-generated leads

Compensation

$70,000 - $85,000/year
