WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Selling high-value commercial roofing projects (TPO, PVC, metal retrofit, coatings, etc.)
  • Working with property managers, building owners, and GCs
  • Managing projects from the first call to the signed contract
  • Leveraging company-generated opportunities + your own pipeline

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Not afraid to go after large commercial deals
  • Can build relationships—not just chase bids
  • Roofing or construction experience is a plus (but not required if you can sell)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategy to generate new customers in your sales territory
  • Speak to potential customers to introduce our services or new products
  • Ensure customer needs are met by staying on top of our services and product, competition, and market conditions in the home services industry
  • Keep company abreast of new business development opportunities, account status, potential customers, customer needs, and competitive issues using CRM
  • Go to in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree or high school diploma is preferred
  • You must have driver’s license and reliable vehicle
  • CRM experience preferred
  • You will need 3-5 years of inside or outside sales experience
  • Applicant must have strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

Compensation

$100,000 - $100,000/year
