Responsibilities include:

• Residential remodeling, repairs, and finish work

• Drywall, painting, flooring, carpentry, and general construction tasks

• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC

• Following scopes, timelines, and safety standards

• Maintaining a clean, organized job site

• Communicating progress, delays, and material needs

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in residential remodeling or trade‑specific work

• Reliable transportation and tools

• General Liability insurance (required)

• Workers’ Compensation (required for crews)

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Professional conduct in occupied and vacant homes

• Provide accurate daily updates, time logs, and required documentation

• Ensure all completed work meets quality standards and passes inspections on the first attempt

• Coordinate effectively with other trades and crews to maintain workflow and project timelines

• Use tools, equipment, and materials responsibly and maintain them in good working condition

• Identify issues or scope discrepancies and report them promptly for resolution

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in residential remodeling, construction, or trade‑specific work

• Strong proficiency in drywall, painting, flooring, carpentry, finish work, and general home repair

• Ability to read scopes, work orders, and basic plans

• Must have reliable transportation, tools, and the ability to travel to job sites

• Must carry active General Liability insurance; Workers’ Compensation required for crews

• Strong proficiency in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC preferred

• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines

• Strong communication skills and professional conduct in occupied and vacant homes

• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, kneel, bend, and work in various conditions
