Responsibilities
  • Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers to ensure accurate and legal property transactions in Canyon Country, CA, US
  • Provide clients with in-depth market area research to support well-informed decision-making processes in the commercial real estate sector
  • Coordinate and attend property inspections to assist clients with purchase and sale agreements effectively
  • Conduct tours of business properties, analyzing costs, potential renovations, financing options, and relevant data for clients' consideration

Qualifications
