Commercial Medical Real Estate Sales Agent — Mentored Path to $100,000+ (Commission-Only) TWG — Remote
We're hiring a Commercial Medical Real Estate Agent to work directly under one of our top producers. This is a real apprenticeship, not a "get your license and good luck" situation. You'll be mentored, supported, and paid to learn the business from someone already winning at it.
You don't need a real estate license to apply, but you must be actively pursuing one or willing and able to attain one before your start date. No prior medical or healthcare real estate experience is required; we'll teach you the niche.
The Structure
For your first 12–18 months, you'll partner with a senior agent on our team:
- Book appointments and manage a pipeline
- Shadow and develop your skills
- Help close deals and learn the full transaction process
- Show commercial properties and provide financial and analytical data to clients
- Schedule and attend property inspections to support purchase and sale agreements
- Build relationships with medical practices and businesses to establish long-term growth opportunities
- Assist in negotiations between buyers and sellers and help shepherd deals through closing
- Earn 25% commission on every deal you help close
After 12–18 months, you graduate into your own production at 50% commission splits, with the senior agent still available as a resource and a full team behind you.
The Compensation
This role is 100% commission. Always. No salary, no hourly, no draw, no base. This is not a temporary structure that converts to a salary later. Real estate is a commission profession, and this role reflects that for the life of your career here.
Realistic Year 1 earnings based on current team production: $100,000. Top performers exceed that. Top producers on our team earn as much as $500,000.
This role IS for you if:
- You have your real estate license, are actively pursuing one, or are willing and able to attain one
- You're coachable, hungry, and willing to do the unglamorous work (calls, follow-ups, prep)
- You have proven negotiation skills and can turn leads into lifelong clients
- You have a sense for marketing, sales, and advertising
- You can manage a deal from the first conversation through closing
- You'd rather earn $150,000 in year two than $60,000 guaranteed forever
- You want to learn from someone already at the level you want to reach
This role is NOT for you if:
- You need a steady paycheck in months 1–3
- You're looking for a 9-to-5 or a side hustle
- You think "passive income" is a real estate strategy
- You're not willing to be on the phone every day

Responsibilities
- Show commercial properties that will be utilized for business purposes and provide financial information and analytical data to the client
- Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements
- Create relationships with businesses in various industries to establish future growth potential
- Act as the go-between in negotiations with buyers and sellers over property prices, and during the closing of sales to ensure all transactions are accurate and legal
- Provide market area research to clients so they can make an educated and informed decision
Qualifications
- Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language
- Possesses the ability to connect with a variety of personalities
- Have a good sense of marketing, sales, and advertising
- Independent and self motivated

$100,000 - $100,000/year
