Urban West Ventures is a privately held commercial real estate investment firm that acquires and repositions underperforming properties — primarily multi-tenant industrial, flex, and automotive repair assets. We're looking for a Leasing & Marketing Coordinator to keep our portfolio at full, well-documented occupancy: managing lease renewals, marketing vacant space, converting prospects into signed leases, and keeping our social media presence active and on-brand.

This is a dual mandate: retain existing tenants through proactive renewal management, and fill vacant space by marketing to and converting new prospects.

This role reports to our Director of Property Management and is central to how tenants and prospects experience our company.

Full-time, long-term contract role, with availability significantly overlapping U.S. Pacific business hours. Rate: $15–$25/hr depending on experience.

This position is remote in Mexico.

• Manage the lease renewal pipeline — reach out to tenants as soon as a lease is flagged as approaching expiration, and track a renewal-or-move-out decision for every lease so nothing lapses without an active conversation

• Produce marketing brochures/flyers for vacant or vacating space, ready before the move-out notice date — professional, on-brand, and accurate

• Convert prospect interest into signed leases: respond to inquiries promptly, schedule and conduct property tours, and relay feedback after each showing

• Manage the tenant application process — collect and review applications for completeness, track screening and documentation through to a decision

• Oversee company social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) with regular, professional, on-brand posts

• Deliver a weekly report covering the sales funnel (leads, tours, applications, conversions) and renewal pipeline status

• Keep leasing records, renewal notes, and prospect activity accurately logged and easy for ownership to review at any time

• Proactive tenant/prospect communication skills, with a genuine sales and negotiation instinct

• Marketing and collateral design sense — you can put together a clean, professional flyer or brochure, not just fill in a template

• Strong organizational habits and CRM discipline — nothing falls through the cracks

• Reliability under deadline — renewal windows and move-out dates don't move

• Excellent written and spoken English (this role is tenant- and prospect-facing)

• Experience with Rent Manager is a plus, though not required

• Experience with CoStar, LoopNet, Crexi, or similar commercial listing platforms is a huge plus
