• Generating online quotes for commercial insurance policies
• Responding promptly and professionally to all client inquiries
• Maintaining and updating client and prospect information in the agency management system
• Creating proposals for small business risk evaluations
• Participating in company-paid continuing education for industry designations

• 5+ years experience in commercial lines insurance
• NYS P&C License required
• Live within 30 miles of Niskayuna NY
• Insurance Designation a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
