We run an outdoor power equipment business in Texas, and we're launching a commercial services arm: grounds maintenance, mowing, and irrigation. We're looking for a sales pro with an existing book of business to help build it from the ground up.

Pay

• Target earnings: $80,000 to $150,000 per year (OTE).

• Commission on the contracts you bring in, plus a base or draw. Top performers may be considered for ownership opportunities at the company's discretion.

• Sell grounds maintenance, mowing, and irrigation contracts to HOAs, schools, municipalities, and businesses across North and Northeast Texas

• Bring in your existing relationships and build a pipeline from there

• Scope sites, put proposals together, and close contracts

• Own your accounts after the sale and grow them

• Help shape how the service line is priced, sold, and run

• A proven track record selling landscape, grounds or irrigation services

• An existing book of business or strong relationships with property managers, HOA boards, facilities directors or public buyers

• Comfort with bids, proposals and multi-site contracts

• A self-starter who wants to build something, not just fill a seat

• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel the region
