We are seeking a skilled Construction Crew Member to join our team. This field-based role requires experience in various trades, including commercial door installation, drywall, plumbing, electrical work, and masonry. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional who can work independently, travel as needed, and has their own basic tools.

- Maintain and use basic hand tools effectively.
- Perform plumbing work, welding, and concrete restoration.
- Complete EIFS repairs, bathroom partition installations, and painting tasks.
- Handle tile installation, plumbing, and electrical work as needed.
- Travel between project sites.
- Must own basic tools and have reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in drywall finishing, painting, and electrical work.
- Must have a smartphone for communication and job tracking.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Compensation
$17 - $24 hourly
