The Hilton Club Lounge Attendant (or Executive Lounge Attendant) manages the daily operations of the hotel's private or VIP lounge, ensuring an elevated and welcoming experience for Hilton Honors members, owners, and guests. We have AM and PM Shifts open.

• Guest Service & Welcome: Greet owners and VIP guests immediately upon arrival, verify lounge access eligibility per hotel policy, and anticipate individual needs.

• Food & Beverage Management: Set up, replenish, and maintain food and drink displays, ensuring proper presentation and food safety/temperature standards.

• Cleanliness & Maintenance: Keep the lounge, kitchen, bar areas, and restrooms clean, organized, and stocked throughout the shift.

• Opening & Closing Duties: Complete daily setup and breakdown tasks, manage inventory of serviceware/linens, and operate dishwashing equipment.

• Communication & Support: Coordinate with front desk, culinary, and housekeeping teams, and assist guests with inquiries or local area information.

• Experience: Previous background in hospitality, food and service, or customer relations is preferred.

• Certifications: Food safety and alcohol service certifications are often preferred.

• Physical Ability: Ability to stand or walk for extended shifts and bend, reach, or lift items (such as boxes or service trays) weighing up to 25 pounds.

• Schedule Flexibility: Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on hotel occupancy and lounge hours.
